Turnkey delivery of Hiperdist's new Lebanon offices in Jal el Dib, from strip-out to handover. The full scope covered civil and MEP works, black-framed glass offices, oak slatted wall cladding, linear LED lighting, large-format porcelain flooring, and the supply and installation of workstations and storage.
OFFICE RENOVATION – ORANGE, ACHRAFIEH

Complete renovation of Orange's offices in Achrafieh into a modern, flexible workplace: MEP systems, civil and finishing works, frameless glass partitions with branded frosted film, acoustic ceilings with suspended linear lighting, carpet flooring and custom joinery, including colour-coded personal lockers. The layout combines open-plan workstations, enclosed offices named after Lebanese cities, private phone booths and a staff kitchen, all delivered turnkey.
FULL REFURBISHMENT – CONSULATE OFFICES, ACHRAFIEH

Full refurbishment of the consulate's offices, delivered turnkey: MEP and civil works, glazing, custom wood joinery and wall cladding, renovated WCs, and the supply and installation of furniture. The result is a modern, secure office with a reception area, a meeting room and executive offices.
ELEVATOR ADDITION – CIS BUILDING

Construction of a new 2.2 × 2 m concrete shaft in an existing building, cutting of door openings, installation of an 11-stop elevator with its electrical works, and renovation and painting of the façade.

Complete office renovation in Dubai, managed through to handover: appointment of the architect and contractor, permits with Dubai Municipality and Civil Defence, selection of materials (carpet, timber closets, pantry, vinyl, tiles), site supervision against milestones, and approval of payment certificates.
